Dessert is done for tonight......

Someone had strawberries on sale this past weekend and I had been wanting to make a strawberry shortcake for awhile now so we picked up a container.......I haven't used my round cake pans since we moved, so i decided to just use my regular cake pan.....

Here is the yellow cake with the red glaze and cut up strawberries.....



And here it is with the cool whip and more strawberries.....



I can not wait to cut into that bad boy
